Privacy Statement

Innovactory International BV (hereinafter: Innovactory) believes it is important that your personal information is handled with care. That is why we have set out in this statement how we handle your personal data and what rights you have. Innovactory carries out the Pilot MaaS pilot Leidsche Rijn (hereafter: Pilot) on behalf of the province and municipality of Utrecht. The Pilot will start on 1 October 2019 and ends on approx. 31 December 2021. Recruitment will start on 23 September 2019 and is expected to last until mid-2020. Participation in the Pilot is entirely voluntary.

Why do we collect personal data?

Innovactory collects, processes and manages personal data for communication with participants as well as measuring, analyzing, improving the Tripps app and giving compensation to participants in the Pilot during the execution of the Pilot.

We obtain this personal data among other things:

All information that is requested from you during registration. In addition, all data collected during the course of the Pilot through the use of the App Tripps (Android and iOS). Use is also requested from the Mobility providers who are booked with the Travel Credit. The following explains exactly what data we process.

Which data is processed from me?

When you participate in the Pilot Tripps, the following data from you will be processed:

Name, address and place of residence as obtained during registration of the Pilot;

Name, Postcode + house number, age class, e-mail address, whether you have a car and smartphone operating system (iOS or Android) as specified by the participant when registering for the Pilot;

The TRIPPS App collects during the term after obtaining the consent of the participant:

  • GPS trip registrations
  • GPS motion registrations
  • Userineraction through screen logging while using the App

In and check out behavior with timestamp of the Mobility providers, obtained via the Mobility providers.

For retention periods of data of participants, reference is made to the section “Storing your personal data”.

How is the responsible invested with regard to your personal data?

The processing of personal data proceeds in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (hereafter AVG). The province and the municipality of Utrecht are the client for this pilot, but these parties do not process and receive any personal data in that context. They only receive anonymized and aggregated reports from the pilot. Innovactory is the party responsible for processing your personal data where you can go for questions or to exercise your rights.

This means that in any case Innovactory:

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the purpose for which it was provided;

Processing of your personal data is limited to only those data that are at least necessary for the purposes for which they are processed;

Asks for your explicit consent if we need it for the processing of your personal data;

Has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your personal data;

No personal data will be passed on to other parties, unless this is necessary for the purposes for which they were provided; Is aware of your rights with regard to your personal data, would like to point this out to you and respect it.

Who is my information provided to?

Your personal details (name and address) are used by Innovactory and partners of this Pilot (namely Roorda and Tabula rasa) for communicating with the participants and improving the Tripps app. For the operation of Tripps, use is also made of the services of Amazon Cloud services, MailChimp and SurveyMonkey.

Processing agreements have been concluded between Innovactory and its partners and service providers to guarantee the protection of your data.

Your personal data will not be provided to third parties other than those mentioned above, unless you give your consent or there is a legal obligation, for example on the basis of a legitimate claim from competent authorities.

Usage data can be shared for learning objectives, this data will always be made anonymous.

Security of your data

The database with your personal data and the https://trip.ps have security features that ensure that information is not lost, misused, or changed without your permission. Only authorized personnel has access to your data. The database and the website are adequately protected in accordance with the AVG. This ensures that your personal data is handled correctly and carefully. Personal data is stored pseudonymized and can therefore not be traced directly to the person himself.

Your data is protected with the following technical and organizational measures:

Logical access control, using passwords;

Automatic logging of all actions concerning the personal data;

Encryption (encryption) of digital files with personal data;

Innovactory has appointed a data protection officer within its organization to oversee the security of your data and compliance with the provisions of the GDPR. The data protection officer can be reached via privacy@innovactory.com

Access to your data

You can request your personal data, as known to us, in writing via Innovactory, Bolderweg 2, 1332 AT Almere. Use the subject ‘LR TRIPPS’ and send a copy of your registration certificate and identity card or passport. You must screen off the passport photo and the citizen service number on the copy. The Customer Contact Center will inform you in writing within four weeks whether your person is being processed regarding personal data. If applicable, you will be provided with a copy of the personal data that is being processed.

You may, in accordance with the AVG, request the Customer Contact Center to correct, supplement, delete, or block the personal data in question if it is factually inaccurate, incomplete or not for the purpose of the purposes of your participation. are relevant or are otherwise processed in violation of a legal regulation. You can address your request for this in writing to Innovactory, Bolderweg 2, 1332 AT Almere. Use the subject ‘LR TRIPPS’. Enclose a copy of your registration certificate and identity card or passport and state the changes to be made or your request regarding your personal data. You must screen off the passport photo and the citizen service number on the copy.

Storing your personal data

Personal data of participants who have indicated that they wish to participate in the Pilot will be stored for a maximum of 4 weeks after the end of the Pilot, subject to your explicit permission to keep the data longer.

The purpose of storing the data for a maximum of 4 weeks is:

Analysis and learning moments Determining the pilot;

Improvement services Innovactory;

Pilot results, evaluation and responsibility towards the client;

Data used for learning applications may be kept longer for statistical purposes. This data is anonymous and therefore not traceable to a person.

Cookies
