Gaiyo in practice
All solutions in one platform
A large organization with more than 1,000 employees wanted to get a grip on mobility. They used separate systems for expense claims, fuel cards, and pool cars. This resulted in a lot of administration and little overview.
Together with Gaiyo, they opted for an integrated approach: a mobility app, mobility card, mobility budget, and CO₂ registration were brought together in a single platform. Employees were given freedom of choice, while HR and finance were able to automatically report all costs and CO₂ emissions.
“Previously, we had separate systems for refueling, charging, and expense claims. Now everything is integrated into Gaiyo. It saves us weeks of administration and we can finally focus on sustainability.”
