Almere, 13 May 2025 – Gaiyo has once again achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification. Valid until 2028, this internationally recognised quality‑management standard highlights the company’s ongoing commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Following the integration of Gaiyo and Mobility Mixx, Gaiyo completely overhauled its quality‑management system, streamlining numerous business processes. The renewed certificate confirms that Gaiyo meets the stringent requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and continues to deliver a reliable, high‑quality service to its customers.
Quality‑management system revised after integration
The 2023 acquisition and integration of mobility partner Mobility Mixx prompted a thorough review of Gaiyo’s entire quality‑management system (QMS). Every internal procedure and protocol was scrutinised and, where necessary, updated to align the activities of the two organisations. Overlaps and inefficiencies were eliminated, and best practices from both Gaiyo and Mobility Mixx were combined. The result is a unified, more effective QMS with clearly defined responsibilities and optimised processes across all departments, enabling Gaiyo to pass the ISO 9001 audit with flying colours.
Benefits for customers
The internal quality improvements translate directly into tangible benefits for customers:
- Greater efficiency – Optimised workflows ensure faster handling of requests and bookings, reducing lead times and improving overall service speed.
- Improved service quality – A stronger QMS allows Gaiyo to deliver more consistent, customer‑focused service. Customer feedback is systematically incorporated into continuous improvements, resulting in higher service quality and satisfaction.
- Enhanced reliability – Strict adherence to the ISO 9001:2015 standard guarantees that all processes follow well‑defined procedures. Customers can trust Gaiyo to meet its commitments and provide stable, dependable mobility solutions.
Quality assurance as a priority
