You can open and lock the e-bikes with the Gaiyo app, make sure you are connected to the internet.
- 1. Open the reservation and click on “Start the rental”. Note that you need to be near the bike to start the reservation.
- 2. Go through the verification questions and click “Start riding”.
- 3. Click on the gray “Lock” icon next to the bike and click open.
- 4. Now unlock the lock or chain and you can start cycling.
- 5. Arrived at your final destination? Find a return location via the app.
- 6. Click “End the rental”, go through the verification questions and lock your bike to end your reservation.
