Please note that the following costs will be charged to your employer:

Report the loss immediately to OV-fiets by calling 030-751 51 55. The cost of losing or having your OV-fiets key stolen is €20. These costs will only be credited if the key is found quickly. If the lock has already been replaced, the costs will not be credited.

Please contact OV-fiets by calling 030 – 751 51 55 to report the damage, request the repair costs, and arrange for collection if necessary. The collection costs are €50.

You can rent an OV-fiets for a maximum of 72 consecutive hours. After that, a surcharge of €5 per 24 hours applies. After 3 days of rental (72 hours), the rental fee is €9.45 per day. Yes, you can. If you return an OV-fiets at a location other than where you rented it, a €10 surcharge will be charged for logistics.

The costs for renting an OV-fiets can be found in the Gaiyo App and here. You pay per consecutive 24-hour period.

At staffed rental locations, show your Gaiyo Card to an employee and they will take care of the rest. To pick up or return a bike at an unstaffed rental location (bike locker), scan your Gaiyo Card at the card reader and follow the instructions.
