OV-fiets (key) lost or stolen (NS OV-fiets)
What should you do if your OV-fiets or OV-fiets key is stolen or lost? In any case, it is important to notify NS as soon as possible. How the OV-fiets works (NS OV-fiets)
To rent a ov-fiets, you need a personal public transport chip card, such as the Gaiyo Card. You can put the ov-fiets subscription on this card for free. You can then use your public transport chip card to rent a ov-fiets.
