Report the loss immediately to OV-fiets by calling 030-751 51 55. The cost of losing or having your OV-fiets key stolen is €20. These costs will only be credited if the key is found quickly. If the lock has already been replaced, the costs will not be credited.

At staffed parking facilities, show your Gaiyo Card to an employee. At unstaffed parking facilities, scan your Gaiyo Card and follow the instructions on the screen. Parking facilities are open from 15 minutes before the first train departure until 15 minutes after the last train arrival.
