The card and its use
Business or private per use
The type of trip you have made with your card, e.g., commuting, business, or private, is automatically classified. Private trips can be paid for via your employer or via the Gaiyo wallet.
Lost or defective card
Report this via the employee portal and quickly request a replacement.

Forgot your PIN? Request a new one via the portal.

Frequently asked questions
The mobility card will be sent to your home address. Before using it for the first time, you must activate the card at an NS ticket machine or other public transport service point. The card will then be ready for use.
Only the features for which your employer has granted you rights are active, such as OV-fiets (public transport bicycle) or refueling/charging. In the employee portal, you can see exactly which services are available to you.
Report this immediately via the employee portal. Your card will be blocked and you can immediately request a replacement card. Until then, you can continue to travel using the QR code in the app.
Yes. Each time you check in or make a payment, the system checks whether it is a business or private trip. You can, of course, adjust this classification yourself.
Private trips are paid for via your personal wallet and are never visible to your employer.
Yes. All transactions made with the card are automatically recorded in your app and your personal overview.
The card itself is provided by your employer. Any usage costs depend on your organization’s mobility policy.
