Can I stay longer than I have booked?
Yes, you can. If you stay longer, this will affect the final price you pay.
Can I change my reservation?
If you want to change the time or location, we recommend canceling your current reservation and making a new one from the app.
Can I cancel the reservation?
You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the time of the reservation.

How can I find my parking transactions?
1. In the dashboard, click on the menu, the three lines in the top right corner. 2. Then click on “Wallet.” 3. Then click on “Transaction history.” 4. You will now see the receipt for your parking session with all the details.
