2. What do I use this username for?
You use this email address to log in to:
- The Gaiyo Portal (my.gaiyo.com).
- The Gaiyo App (iOS or Android).
3. Can I change my username myself?
No. Your username (your business email address) is managed by your employer.
- Is your email address changing (for example, due to a name change or internal migration)? Please contact your HR department or manager so that this can also be updated in Gaiyo.
4. What should I pay attention to when logging in?
- Always use the business email address registered by your employer.
- Check that you are using the correct password or Single Sign-On (SSO).
- If you encounter any problems, please contact the Gaiyo Service Desk or your internal administrator.
In short: your username is always your business email address.
