What happens if I receive a traffic fine via Gaiyo during a Felyx ride?

If you receive a traffic fine during a trip, for example for parking illegally, speeding, or not wearing a helmet, the following steps apply:

1. Felyx sends the fine to you
2. The fine is forwarded directly to the user who made the trip.
3. Administrative costs of €20
4. In addition to the fine itself, Felyx charges an extra €20 in administrative costs.
5. Paying the authorities yourself
6. Felyx processes the fine, but you pay the original amount directly to the relevant municipal or national authority.

Additional points to note

• Fines may be issued for parking violations, driving outside the service zone, or violating traffic rules.
• Repeated violations may result in suspension of your account or additional location fees.
• You will receive relevant supporting documents (such as photos) digitally, if available.
