1. What is a Gaiyo Account?
Your Gaiyo Account is the central access point to all of Gaiyo’s business mobility services. With a single account, you have access to your portal, app, and card, which you can use to arrange and manage all your travel and mobility needs.
2. What does my Gaiyo Account consist of?
A Gaiyo Account consists of three parts:
- Gaiyo Portal – your online user portal
- Overview of travel transactions, expense claims, budgets, and travel products.
- Manage your business mobility and reports.
- Gaiyo App – the mobile application
- Plan trips, purchase tickets, and book shared mobility.
- Direct access to digital tickets and reservations.
- Gaiyo Card – the physical mobility card
- Can be used as a public transport chip card throughout the Netherlands.
- Suitable for train, bus, tram, metro, and additional mobility services.
3. How do these components work together?
- With the Gaiyo Card, you can physically travel on public transport and affiliated mobility services.
- You use the Gaiyo App on the go to plan your trip, purchase tickets, and book shared mobility.
- In the Gaiyo Portal, you manage everything centrally: from transactions and budgets to expense claims and reports.
In short: your Gaiyo Account consists of the Portal, the App, and the Card. Together, they form a complete system for business travel and mobility management.
