Dott uses many (fixed) locations where you can return the bike. It is therefore possible to return the bike to a different location than where you picked it up. View these locations on the map in the Gaiyo app or in your active reservation.

What should you do if your OV-fiets or OV-fiets key is stolen or lost? In any case, it is important to notify NS as soon as possible.
