I cannot start or end my bike or e-bike ride via CycleHub

If you are unable to start or end your ride, please ensure that:

  • You are near the e-bike and in the correct location
  • You have a good internet connection and your GPS is enabled.
  • If the app keeps searching for different WiFi points, turn off your WiFi and restart it.

If this does not solve your problem, try the following:

  • Force close the app and reopen it
  • Update the app if a new app release is available
  • Update your phone’s operating system
  • Restart your phone
  • If the problem persists, reinstall the app.
