If you are unable to start or end your ride, please ensure that:
- You are near the e-bike and in the correct location
- You have a good internet connection and your GPS is enabled.
- If the app keeps searching for different WiFi points, turn off your WiFi and restart it.
If this does not solve your problem, try the following:
- Force close the app and reopen it
- Update the app if a new app release is available
- Update your phone’s operating system
- Restart your phone
- If the problem persists, reinstall the app.
