Did you receive a fine even though you had a valid parking booking in the Gaiyo app? Check whether the booking has been entered correctly in Gaiyo.
- Open Gaiyo
- Go to “Transactions” via the menu.
- Check the license plate number, zone code, and time of the transaction against the fine.
Submit an objection
Were you registered correctly? Then submit an objection to the municipality. A screenshot of your Gaiyo transactions is sufficient proof. The settlement of an additional charge is a matter between the driver and the municipality in question. As Gaiyo, we cannot mediate in this matter.
