Renting a Check shared moped via Gaiyo is quick and easy. Follow the steps below for a smooth start and a correct end to your ride.

Start your ride

1. Open the Gaiyo app and select an available Check moped in your area.
2. The app will automatically navigate you to the correct location.
3. Once you are within 100 meters of the scooter, you can unlock it via the app.
4. Remove the moped from the stand.
5. Press and hold the green button for 2 seconds to start the moped.
6. You are now ready to ride – have fun!

End your ride

1. Park the moped neatly and without causing any obstruction, in accordance with the parking guidelines.
2. Fold out the side stand and place the moped in a stable position.
3. Open the Gaiyo app and tap ‘End ride’.
4. Wait for confirmation that the ride has been completed and your payment has been processed.
