Follow these steps to easily reserve a Greenwheels shared car:
1. Open the Gaiyo app and tap the orange map icon next to “Car” on the dashboard.
2. Search the map for a Greenwheels car in your area (zoom level affects your overview).
3. Tap the car in the list – recognizable by its license plate and make.
4. View details such as location, rates, and terms and conditions. Press “Book” to confirm.
5. Select the desired rental period (minimum 1 hour) and choose a prepaid mileage package if desired.
6. Check your details and tap “Confirm” to complete the reservation.
7. After booking, you will see the reservation immediately in your dashboard under ‘Current’. For reservations on a future date, you can find them under ‘Tickets & Reservations’.
