Follow these steps to book a Donkey Republic bike through Gaiyo.
1. Open Gaiyo and view the available bikes under Bike Rental and click on “Ride”.
2. Click on “Ride now” to reserve the bike. You can also read general information about the bike on this screen.
3. Please indicate here whether you would like to book the Donkey shared bike ride via your personal account “Private” or via your business account “Gaiyo: Business”.
4. Check the details and click “Confirm”.
5. Your reservation can also be viewed via the dashboard on the day of the reservation.
6. Once you have arrived at the bike, click on “Start rental” and follow the verification questions.
