You can easily submit expense claims via:
- The Gaiyo Portal: convenient for managing expense claims on your computer or laptop. Click here to go to the Portal.
- The Gaiyo App: ideal for submitting expense claims on the go from your smartphone.
2. How do I submit an expense claim via the Gaiyo Portal?
- Log in to the Gaiyo Portal.
- Go to the Expense Claims section.
- Select the type of expense claim (e.g., commuting, business, working from home).
- Fill in the required information.
- Send the expense claim to your employer.
3. How do I submit an expense claim via the Gaiyo App?
- Download and open the Gaiyo App.
- Log in with your business Gaiyo Account.
- Go to the Expenses section.
- Select New expense claim.
- Select the type of expense claim and fill in the details.
- Send your expense claim immediately.
