Do I need to sign a contract?

Yes. We enter into a digital agreement for Gaiyo Start and the add-ons. This is necessary so that we can correctly charge your organization for the transportation and parking costs incurred for business travel.

Can I add additional features later?

Certainly. Via the Gaiyo Portal, you can easily activate add-ons for each employee, such as CO₂ reporting & expense claims, a public transport card, or fuel & charging. This allows you to flexibly put together your business mobility solution.

How does CO₂ reporting work?

All business trips are automatically recorded. Employees can also easily register their other trips manually in the Gaiyo app or the Portal. This provides a complete and reliable overview that complies with the legal CO₂ reporting obligation.

Is there also an all-in-one package?
