If you are unable to start or end your ride, please ensure that:
- You are within our operating area and where parking is permitted. Area boundaries and parking restrictions are indicated on the map in the app
- You have a good internet connection and your GPS is enabled.
If this does not resolve your issue, please try the following:
- Close Gaiyo and reopen it
- Update the Gaiyo app if a new app release is available
- Update your phone’s operating system
- Restart your phone
- If nothing else solves the problem, reinstall the app.
