Yes. The NS “Money back in case of delay” policy also applies to domestic NS journeys booked through Gaiyo.
2. When am I eligible?
- In case of a delay of 30 minutes or more.
- The request must be submitted to NS.
- Only applies to regular purchases.
- Not valid for credits you have received as a gift or through a promotion.
